MATCH 2 OF TKG’s ARTICHOKE SANDWICH BAR TOURNAMENT
To celebrate the opening of the second location of The Artichoke Sandwichbar (Artichoke Sandwichbar East) located at 29th St. and Rock Rd. in Wichita, Kansas, I am trying every sandwich on the menu.
Match 1 saw the Twisted Seester beat out the Corned Beef. This is Match 2.
Match 2 is the The Knockout! v. The Turkey. Honestly this wasn’t even a competition. The Knockout! with the ham, bacon, swiss, brown mustard and cream cheese with banana peppers beat the heck out of The Turkey. Don’t get me wrong — the Turkey was a fine sandwich, but it was no match for The Knockout!. I just love that the sandwich has an exclamation mark!
March 3 will be the Roly Moly v. Notorious P.I.G. I’m excited for this matchup.
