Fert The Foodie told me several times (and told all of his followers as well) that he really liked the Chopped Cheese at Nas Kitchen located at 1920 W. 21st St. in Wichita, Kansas.
The first time I went I forgot to order it, so I had to go back.
Fert was right — of course he was. This dude knows his food more than just about anyone I know. You should follow him if you ever eat in Wichita.
The chopped cheese was cooked perfectly. The steak was not overcooked and was doused in the cheese. I loved it.
