I REALLY enjoyed The Italian sandwich and the Chicken Tortilla soup at Newk’s Eatery in northeast Wichita over at The Waterfront, Wichita. Like a lot. Here are ingredients on “The Italian”: Ham, Salami, Pepperoni, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Hot Cherry Pepper Relish, Mayo, Creole Mustard and Italian Sauce.
Doug’s Wife (my sister) was being annoying during all my court-volunteered community service, so I picked up the Newk’s Q sandwich for her, which is Chicken, Bacon, Swiss, and White BBQ Sauce. Unfortunately, Doug’s Wife didn’t eat it because she got home late from being annoying. And I didn’t either. So, just enjoy that photo.
