When I went to Spearville, Kansas to check out Spearville City of Windmills COW Fest I also checked out Noi’s Food Truck based out of Dodge City, Kansas.
This food truck is a Laos food truck. Oh…you didn’t know rural towns had Laos food? I know you didn’t. Not my first rodeo. Well…actually it might have been my first rodeo had I gone to the rodeo. What’s a rodeo?
When I went I got the Jerky, Sticky Rice and Egg Rolls. It was excellent and I am DEFINITELY going to hit this truck up again to try other items as well.
