Twerp (Doug’s son/TKG’s nephew) couldn’t believe what he’d just heard.

“I can’t believe what I just heard. Will you please repeat it ?” Twerp said to the school-aged boy out at recess.

“Yes. I will repeat myself. I will now begin.“ the school-aged boy began. “My daddy says there’s nothing to do in Wichita, Kansas. That anywhere is better than Wichita!!!”

Twerp knew just what to do. His little hand grabbed his iPhone 16 Pro Max out of his back pocket and he went to The Kansas Gastronomist’s page.

“Well, uncle TKG went to ICT Bloktoberfest on Friday, October 11th, and to Wichita Asian Association’s Wichita Asian Festival on Saturday, October 12th. And on Sunday, October 11th he went to St. George Orthodox Christian Cathedral’s 89th Annual Big Dinner, Open Streets ICT on Douglass Ave., Festive ICT’s Shop & Grub outside of Century II and a pop-up at Central Standard Brewing!!!!!!!!” Twerp screamed, showing the school-aged boy a recent TKG post.

“Wow. Your uncle is TKG?!?! That’s amazing. I’ve heard he is really cool and smart. And has a magnificent, beautiful bald head,” the school-aged boy replied to Twerp.

POST NOTES: I already posted about Bloktoberfest, Wichita Asian Festival and St. George’s. So these photos are only of Open Streets, Shop & Grub and Central Standard’s Pop-Up.
