When I think of Dodge City Kansas I don’t think of sushi and hibachi, but I have to say — the sushi and hibachi at Osaki steak &sushi house (2100 W. Wyatt Earp Blvd.) was tasty.
I didn’t want to do anything over the top on this visit so I kept it simple — Hibachi Chicken (lunch portion) and two rolls — Boston Roll and Tuna & Avocado Roll. I’d definitely check this place out again if I were craving sushi or hibachi while in the city that Wyatt Earp used to roam.
Osaki opened in Dodge City in 2015 and assuming the ownership has not changed, the owners have a few other Osaki locations. I think at one time they owned an Osaki in Liberal. But don’t quote me on that. I could find little information online.
