Ozark Distillery and Brewery in City of Osage Beach, Missouri is a pretty cool spot someone told me to keep my peeled out for. I was able to check it out. They give five free samples of the distillery drinks and two free samples of the brewery drinks. I went with the Vodka, “regular” Moonshine, Cinnamon Moonshine, Apple Pie Moonshine and Bourbon Whiskey.
I thought everyone was pretty friendly. I don’t know the name of the brewmaster/distiller, but he seems like a giant of a guy — seems like a hoot. Wish I could have taken the time to take a tour from him. Next time.
