Happy Pi (3.14) Day. I barely remember what Pi means. Preschool was a long time ago.
The only place in Wichita, Kansas where you can get pizza similar to what is in Italy is Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria on Douglas and Hydraulic. Hard stop. Put another way — if you want to know what it’s like to grab a slice in Italy, this is where you should go.
This place is TKG’s favorite place in ICT to get pizza. I love a lot of other pizza places, all of which I have blogged about. And no disrespect to them. They are all different styles. But Piatto is just a different option that I love.

P.S. I forgot to tell you about the food. I got the Trio de Carne and the Francesca. The Trio de Carne came with pepperoni, spicy salami and house-made sausage. And the Francesa came with pistachios, rosemary, red onion, parmesan, mozzarella and olive oil.
P.P.S. If I screwed up on the Italian then just remember it’s been awhile. And I decided I’d rather just write from memory.
