I’m not even going to tell you which pizzas I ordered at Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria in Wichita,Kansas.
Why? First, because it’s none of your business. Second, because it doesn’t matter. This place makes some of the best pies. Just grab a menu and have some rando randomly move your index finger to something on the menu when you order. It’ll work out.
It’s “3.14 (Pi) Day.” I don’t celebrate very many holidays. Hate Christmas, Thanksgiving, Mother’s Day and kid birthdays. But this holiday…well it’s worth celebrating.
You might know that the owner of this place, Robert McMullin, trained to make these pizzas in Naples, Italy at a restaurant called Pizzaria la Notzia. And then imported the pizza oven (see photos) from Naples. I’m thinking about checking out that pizza place in Naples.
Whatever. Get a pizza there and shut your pie hole.
