On this eve before St. Patrick’s Day I want to tell you about an incredible burger that I had just the other day. And also some fish at Pig In Pig Out BBQ & Catering aka PIPO in Wichita, Kansas at 1003 E. 13th St. N.
The burger is a ground corn beef patty with Swiss cheese and sauerkraut — a Reuben of sorts. It’s “oh so good.” The fish? A salmon with Cherry Chipotle.
I ate all (or most) of my allotment of the burger (Wichita By E.B. did not allow me to eat the entire thing). Scarfed it down. As to the Salmon — it was fabulous. A smoked salmon never hurt anyone.

P.S. Also ran into Fert The Foodie. He literally unilaterally and with no authorization, ate some of my salmon. Ridiculous.
