Gastrofreaks in southwest Kansas.
I stopped by Porky’s Parlor in Syracuse, Kansas recently and unfortunately had to get my food to-go because of poor timing.
I ordered the Open Face Chili Burger. I definitely enjoyed it, but expected a traditional chili rather than a green chili. Which actually really worked.
What should I get the next time? I had passed this spot before and just kind of did not give it a second thought. But I was really impressed with the menu and the interior. Definitely worth me checking out again.
