In the small town of Ulysses Kansas there’s a little spot called Quito’s Burritos. And I know nothing about the owners other than they are so freaking nice and kind every time I have stopped by.
Oh, and they make fantastic salsa to go along with their burritos. The verde salsa. The roja salsa. All so good and homemade. I swear, southwest Kansas has some of the best Mexican food in Kansas.
I thought the Egg, Sausage, Potato and Cheese burrito was excellent and definitely worth putting on your list the next time you are in the area.
Quito’s is located just west of Central & S. Main in Ulysses, Kansas.
