I had to go to the Ruffin Building in Wichita,Kansas recently. It is so outdated, but they do appear to have some construction going on — maybe updating? I don’t know. And the elevators are old as you know what.
I guess Sedgwick County has offices here. I saw the Register of Deeds office as I was walking around.
But here is my real point. I took these photos on one of the floors. It’s where Bank of America used to be. This entire floor used to be full. Just crazy. Times change, I guess.
