If you think your Labor Day dinner was better than mine β€” prove it.

On the menu was Smoked Pork Shoulder with roasted potatoes and homemade pizzas including (1) a marinara based pizza with mushrooms, prosciutto, provolone cheese, mozzerella cheese, marinara and Parmesan; (2) a Margherita Pizza marinara, mozzerella, basil and Parmesan; (3) a Figgy Piggy pizza with rosemary fig spread, dried figs, provolone cheese, prosciutto, mozzerella, olive oil and Parmesan; and (4) a gluten-free Figgy Piggy β€” substitute Goat Cheese and add arugula.

Shout out to Doug. He’s an idiot, but one heckuva cook.

Also, shout out to All Things Barbecue. Love the Alfa Pizza Oven and the Yoder.
