If you think your Labor Day dinner was better than mine — prove it.
On the menu was Smoked Pork Shoulder with roasted potatoes and homemade pizzas including (1) a marinara based pizza with mushrooms, prosciutto, provolone cheese, mozzerella cheese, marinara and Parmesan; (2) a Margherita Pizza marinara, mozzerella, basil and Parmesan; (3) a Figgy Piggy pizza with rosemary fig spread, dried figs, provolone cheese, prosciutto, mozzerella, olive oil and Parmesan; and (4) a gluten-free Figgy Piggy — substitute Goat Cheese and add arugula.
Shout out to Doug. He’s an idiot, but one heckuva cook.
