Last I checked, Wichita By E.B.’s favorite mashed potatoes were at Redrock Canyon Grill.
A lot of you people think I don’t know nothing about mashed potatoes. But I’m telling you…I know a LOT about mashed potatoes. Even more than that E.B. character. For example, mashed potatoes originated from 17th century English cooking. Also, Bangers and Mash.
I picked up three quarts of MPs from Redrock. What’s my conclusion? Stay tuned for a big announcement!!!
Kidding. I really enjoyed the mashed potatoes. A lot. Is it number uno? I don’t know. But they are dang good.
