Sickies Garage – Wichita opens on Monday, April 15th. Sickies is a small chain with Wichita being its 13th location. In looking at the website four out of the (now) thirteen locations are in North and South Dakota’s.
I was able to check it out during the soft opening. What that means is my burger, waffle fries and cheese curd appetizer (that I shared with someone) was FREE. I always disclose this, but want to be clear. And as I always do, I tip at least what my meal costs (so if my meal costs $15 I tip at least $15).
With that being said, I really enjoyed my Beer Cheese Burger. If you like Beer Cheese it’s definitely worth checking out.
As is typical with a chain, staff from other locations had convened in Wichita to help train up the local staff. It’s quite an extensive menu of burgers! I have the menu in the photos.
Sickies is located at 2424 N. Maize Rd. in Wichita, Kansas and will be open to the public this upcoming Monday, April 15th.
