Doug’s Wife (The Kansas Gastronomist’s sister) had just finished her weekly shopping trip. She was a creature of habit — did the same thing every Thursday evening.
As she turned to her left, she saw those big beautiful letters and numbers “Tacos tj 664.” She loved Tacos tj 664. One of her favorite meals was the Birria Crunchy Wrap and she had unexpectedly developed quite an appetite while shopping. So she decided to get some food.
As she bit into the Birria Crunchy Wrap and dipped a chip into that glorious queso she was pleased. Well, actually more than pleased—she was satisfied. Tacos tj 664 just did it for her.
