There’s a new restaurant in Ulysses, Kansas called Tate’s Barbecue-Tate Annis.
It’s been open for around a month and the owner previously had a food truck and did BBQ catering. Gertie and I swung by and grabbed a Burger with a side of Mac & Cheese, as well as the baked beans and fries.
The burger was FANTASTIC. I’m not sure what type of beef the burgers were made from, but man, I was truly impressed. And the Mac and cheese was great. I added some of the Mac to the burger and it was… well near dang perfection.
I read on their Facebook page that they grind their burgers. Tastes like it!
I also really enjoyed the fries and beans!
