One of the big misunderstandings a lot of people in northeast Kansas have is that people in western Kansas just eat steak, potatoes and country fried chicken.
Not true. There is probably more “authentic” (whatever that means) Mexican food in SW Kansas than in any other part of the state. Prove me wrong.
And many other foods. Including this food truck in Dodge City, Kansas called Thai Express & Boba Tea. It is an unmarked food truck and is usually, or always, parked at 800 W. Frontview St., Dodge City, KS 67801.
It has tons of great thai and other Asian options. I really enjoyed the Combo Lo Mein. Gobbled it up. I also thought the shrimp rolls (really large shrimp) were something I would definitely order again.
