Some of you might have seen that I tried out the Cobb Salad at The Kitchen in Wichita, Kansas. And some of you might remember that I’ve been trying some Cobb Salads in town. I have reviewed the Cobb at The Hill Bar & Grill and at Public at the Brickyard.
The Kitchen’s Cobb comes with romaine, grilled chicken, bacon, tomato, Gorgonzola blue cheese, hard boiled egg, house ranch dressing. I also added the avocado. I thought it was very good. And it’s a frican big salad. I couldn’t eat all of it, but ate most of it.
You’ll also see the Disco Fries in the photos. I split those with Fert The Foodie. Well…sort of. I had three or four amazing bites of it and then when I wasn’t looking, he ate all of it. But I guess that’s okay since he paid for it. So, I guess I owe him.

The Kitchen is located at Historic Union Station in Downtown Wichita and at 37th & Oliver.
