I might be the last food blogger in Wichita,Kansas to check out Toastique – Wichita. It’s located over on 21st & Webb on the northeast side of town. You can click on the page that I tagged if you want the address.
I rolled there with Doug’s wife (my sister) and Gertie. They were wanting something light and decently healthy. I ordered the Spicy Crab Toast. It came crab, Swiss and fontina cheese, sriracha aioli, lettuce, tomato, jalapeño and some micro greens. I REALLY enjoyed it. And it was good for a light lunch for me, though for some it would be more than enough. I also ordered the Metabolize juice (green drink) which had cucumber, jalepeno, pineapple, apple and mint.
Doug’s wife ordered the Açaí Bowl and the Radiance juice. And Gertie ordered the Avocado Smash Toast and a to-go bottle of Recharge juice.
All of us were impressed with the food and juices. And I thought the customer service was excellent. I think the gal that took our order was Agustina. She was so helpful. Gave multiple samples of the juices (which was super easy).
I’ll definitely be back.
