I HIGHLY recommend you try Tommy’s Apizza. The New Haven (Connecticut) pizza style is just freaking awesome. I absolutely loved it. And here’s the deal. This jerk (Tommy) is not out nearly enough and honestly this food trailer has been on my list to check out for more than a year. And I finally did it and was not disappointed.
If you don’t like this pizza, unfollow me. I don’t care. For real.
Tommy’s Apizza is based out of Wichita. He parks at Central Standard Brewing a lot. That is where I got his Apizza my first and only time. And he will be there on Saturday, April 19th from 3pm-8pm.
Tommy also told me that he has a brick & mortar in the works.
The pizzas you see are the homemade sausage and pepperoni and the traditional cheese. It was devourable.
