Swung by Umi Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi in Wichita, Kansas at 13th & Greenwich. I have said that I would visit every restaurant that participated in Kansas Food Bank’s ICT Restaurant Week. And I’m fulfilling that promise. My feeling is that if a restaurant is willing to give, so should TKG.
I went with Doug, Doug’s wife (my sister) and Gertie. I ordered the “Umi Selection,” which came with Filet Mignon, Shrimp and Scallop. I really enjoy the hibachi experience and this is a great option. The scallops might be my favorite. I could eat scallops all day, everyday.
