If I had a Gastrobuck for every time a Gastrofan asks me how I can be so cool and humble — I swear I’d have like 7 Gastrobucks. Unfortunately, currently a Gastrobuck isn’t worth much cause of inflation and supply and demands and stuff. And most vendors refuse to accept Gastrobucks which is just crazy to me.
Anyway, one time I went to Villars Mexico Cafe and got the lunch burrito. The thing you have to get at Villars is the burrito. Everyone knows it. It comes with this pork that has no fat in it. And I love the beans. Villars is a dang Wichita institution. It’s been around longer than most people have even been alive (other than me because I’m old as…well you know).
I seriously love the Villars burrito. If you haven’t been, you need to try it. Villars is located at 1860 S. Hillside Rd. in Wichita, Kansas.
