I was VERY impressed with Viva La Olive in Old Town Wichita (located by that spot that used to be The Warren theatre). There’s SO many olive oils and balsamic, it’ll make your head spin.
But if your head spins, that’s okay. When I rolled by I just asked an employee to be my “Oil Guide” and guide she did. I sampled several oils and was quite amazed.
I’m a big fan of olive oils, but I’m not well-versed in the same. This spot really educated me. Definitely check it out some time.
