PREVIOUSLY ON THE KANSAS GASTRONOMIST….
Fert The Foodie had infiltrated Doug’s lair located within a Victoria Secret shop at Bradley Fair in Wichita, Kansas. He was working security at the secret door.
NOW FOR THIS EPISODE…
The Kansas Gastronomist looked at the text from Fert The Foodie. “Hey The Kansas Gastronomist. It’s me Fert The Foodie. We need to talk. It’s about Doug. And Gertie.”
“I’m at Walt’s East Wichita…come here. It is conveniently located 7732 E. Central Ave. in Wichita, Kansas,” TKG texted back.
Later, Fert and TKG sat there and Fert went on and on.
“Yeah, so, basically Gertie (TKG’s ex-girlfriend) shows up at Doug’s office at Victoria Secret and she knows the secret code and all that ish. I escort her to Doug (TKG’s brother-in-law) and then Doug and Gertie embrace in an intimate way. Of some kind. And I kept hearing them talking about something like ‘TKG’s demise’ or something like that!!!!!!” Fert was flustered and getting worked up.
TKG took another sip of his beer and sat silently for a moment. He’s always so cool like a cucumber. Then he began to chuckle. Not like the Joker does in Batman. But more like a studio audience in a 90s’ sitcom.
“Well, Fert. I appreciate the intel. I’ll show Gertie. And that imbecile, Doug!!!” TKG shouted as he began to do a little jig.
