Doug, Doug’s wife (my sister), Doug’s mother-in-law (my mom) and I recently ordered some food to-go from Wichita Brewing Co & Pizzeria. We ordered up the (1) Cheese Pizza, (2) Banick Pizza, (3) Beef Stroganoff and (4) Cajun Rolls.
I tried all the dishes. The Cajun Rolls were my favorite just because they were tasty AND unique. The wood-fired chicken with bacon and mozzarella cheese in the innards just tasted awesome. Additionally, the Beef Stroganoff hit the spot. I love that Cavatappi Pasta and the cream sauce it comes with.
Of course the pizzas are good too. The Cheese Pizza is basic – like Doug’s wife. But the Banick Pizza that comes with the spicy ham, two sausages, bacon and pepperoni…well you can’t go wrong.
Wichita Brewing is located in Wichita, Kansas and is located at 535 N. Woodlawn St. (off of Central) and at 8815 W. 13th St.
