Doug’s Wife (my sister) and I went to Wichita Brewing Co & Pizzeria in Wichita,Kansas recently.
I ordered the Capestokey Panini and thought it was pretty good. It comes with capicola ham, turkey and pesto (among other ingredients). As a big supporter of the Pesto Lobby, I know my pesto and this pesto is definitely good.
I definitely think this place puts out some great sandwiches and pastas, but I do prefer the pizzas as a general rule.
