I’d never been to Wichita Flea Market before. Now, some of you might not know what a flea market is. It’s not what you’d expect. There aren’t fleas that you buy or anything like that. I know. I was disappointed too.
I did run into quite a few booths. PatDaddy’s being one of them. I picked up some seasonings. For those that do not know, this is a locally owned company. I also stumbled on an organization that I had not heard of before. It’s called Wichita Hearts for Healers. They do a lot of cool things to support nurses, emergency management services and first responders. I stopped and wrote a “thank you” note. Some of you might know that I was recently in an accident and could not be more grateful that people are trained to deal with those types of situations.
Wichita Flea Market is at the Wichita Sports Forum in northeast Wichita, Kansas.
