Went to Yokohama Ramen Izakaya located at Woodlawn & Central in Wichita, Kansas recently and picked up the Sweet Chili Shrimp Shumai and the 10 Hours Curry Rice, as well as the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl for my side.
The Shumai was excellent. But if you pay attention to me you know I’m a real big lover of dumplings — particularly a steamed or pan-fried dumpling. I enjoyed the sweet chili that had a good consistency. As far as the 10 Hours Curry Rice — it too was exceedingly good. The broth in the curry is brewed or made over 10-hours and you can tell. I ate every bite.
Finally the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was fine. I actually picked it up for Doug because he is boring, but I tried some before I delivered it to him.
