I recently went to Ziggy’s Pizza in Wichita, Kansas. It had been YEARS since I ordered up the Taco Pizza. Called “Mamacita’s Taco Pizza.”
I don’t know if Mamacita made it or not. But if she did, she should immediately cease and desist. My memory of the Taco Pizza was favorable. But this just felt like a limp pizza with stuff thrown on top.
I am not a pizza expert, but I think if this pizza were more crispy it might work with the assortment of toppings. I could be wrong. But that’s my suggestion for anyone that cares.
To be clear. There’s several pizzas I really like, or have liked, at Ziggy’s. Meat Me At Ziggy’s is the first pizza that comes to mind.
