I have literally had every single sandwich at Artichoke Sandwichbar. Like multiple times. I actually know more about the sandwiches at Artichoke Sandwichbar in Wichita than almost anybody.
But Gertie loves that damn pasta salad. I don’t even like pasta salad. But she likes it. And I’m a chili expert and love to get chili. It’s pretty good here. And the nachos are pretty damn good. I really like the chips. They are those thin chips with the salt. Like thin, where it breaks in your mouth without your dentures even in. At least based on my experience.
There are two Artichoke Sandwichbars in Wichita. In Downtown Wichita at 811 N. Broadway Ave. and in Northeast Wichita at 2959 N. Rock Rd. (E. 29th & N. Rock).
