I was attending a Mall Takeover recently in western Kansas and needed to grab a quick sandwich. Luckily I happened to be passing by Montezuma, Kansas, which has this little cutesie wutsie coffee shop called Coffee Connection, Inc.
The sandwiches are all “build your own,” and I went with whole wheat bread, turkey, roast beef, provolone, spinach, banana peppers, jalapeños, avocado and mustard. Nothing spectacular. Just a sandwich. But it’s a nice little meal.
