I absolutely love going to a place like Eggroll Express ICT in the south part of Wichita and grabbing some quick Asian food. They have a couple of tables you can eat at or you can get it to-go or through DoorDash or whatever. And also, this spot is run by a mom and dad. And daughter.
What is the American dream if not that? I really enjoy the food and the people. Speaking of food, I ordered the Singapore Style Stir Fry. It has a sauce in it that tastes like curry. It was super interesting and flavorful. And it had pork and beef and shrimp in those nicely cooked noodles. I also snagged some of the veggie egg rolls. Crisp. Light. Just a nice egg roll.
