A lot of you Gastrofans don’t know that you can get Filipino food in southwest Kansas, but you can. The spot is located in the Main Street Food and Brew Hall in downtown Garden City, Kansas, but the spot also has a food truck that travels around southwest Kansas.
Yeah, I know the food truck says “Twisted Wok” and “Dragon Wagon,” but that’s just because Filipino Food Flavors bought the truck with that wrap or whatever it is called around it, and has not changed it.
My favorite dish thus far is definitely the Noodles with Pork Belly — I could eat that so many times. But I always like to try something different when I hit up a place that I have been to before, so I went with the Buffalo Chicken wings. It came with eight wings and ranch and celery. They were decent wings, but not something I’d order again. I’d stick with the more “Filipino food,” whatever that means.
