What’s up weirdos? Have you guys ever checked out Houdini’s Pizza in Kingman, Kansas?

It was opened in 1990 and is still going strong 36-years later. I just love these little pizza joints in small towns. They are so often a huge support to those communities like so many other of those local businesses.

Anyway, this was my second visit ever to Houdini’s Pizza. My first visit was back in the winter of 2023, so it had been over three years. This visit I ordered a medium “All Meat” pizza. The pizza here is what is popularly and commonly known as “Small Town Style.” It’s that cracker crust pizza that is not too soft and not too hard, but like Goldilocks, it’s just right. I like that they put the cheese OVER the toppings. Especially when they loaded this one with beef, sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon and Italian sausage.

If you are driving through Kingman on the highway and don’t see Houdini’s then I don’t know what to tell you.
