I really enjoy the Egg Toast at Oh K-Dog Wichita Kansas.
For those that don’t know what Egg Toast is, it’s a popular “on-the-go” street food in Korea that I guess a lot of Koreans eat for breakfast. I would say it is sort of like an Egg Sandwich, but different. First, it is prepared by making a sort of pocket in a large/thick toast to put all the ingredients into. So, you eat it from the top. Second, there are different flavor profiles for each Egg Toast. For example the Teriyaki Chicken Egg Toast most likely has teriyaki sauce in it.
Oh K-Dog has eight different Egg Toasts and this visit I went with the Bulgogi Beef Ribeye Egg Toast and it was absolutely delightful. I think I’m going to try the Pork Belly Egg Toast or the Avocado Egg Toast next time, but the Bulgogi was definitely worth ordering.
Oh K-Dog is located at 8131 E. Kellogg Dr. in Wichita. Basically the southeast side of Kellogg & Rock.
