How bad ass is it that the owner of Station 8 BBQ in Wichita, Alex Whatever His Last Name Is, lived in this building for years, remodeling the place while also working full-time at a real job?
Just so he could eventually slap your butts with great BBQ?
Gertie (my sort-of girlfriend) and I rolled by and decided to split the Two Meat Combo, which comes with one side. We ordered the brisket and burnt ends with Mac & Cheese. Then I added the mashed potatoes with gravy as an additional side. Then I added a Rib, the Biscuits and Gravy (to-go) and three desserts. For good measure.
Do I need to tell you that this is some of the best BBQ in Kansas? I don’t think so. You’re not a dumb-dumb after all. Despite the fact that you follow me.
