A lot of people have asked me what is open on Memorial Day. Well, good news. One of the world’s best Mexican restaurants, duh.
Taco Tico is a cute little Mexican restaurant that specializes in quick service authentic Mexican food such as hard shell tacos, big flour tortilla burritos and quesadillas stuffed with yellow cheese.
And while there, I ordered the Texas Burrito as my appetizer, and then added the Cheese Tots for my Appetizer Side Dish. Then for my main I went with the Cheese Nachos. And finally for post-entree dish, I ordered Chicken Quesadilla.
Honestly, I would give like so many different gas tank emojis and fire emojis and “Let Him Cook” exclamations. Like so many. I can’t even tell you how many because I can’t count that high. But at least four to five.
