This little Mexican grocery store in southwest Kansas (Satanta, Kansas) seriously has the best salsa. The store is called La Popular and is located on their Main Street.
The Salsa Chipotle at this store might be my favorite salsa. Period. I blogged about it in December 2022 — more than 3 1/2 years ago. And I have seriously craved it ever since. I do not make it to Satanta often, so I was so glad they had it in stock this time.
Honestly I should have picked up more than two jars because I can eat this ish by the fistful.
