Crisfield, Maryland is known as the “Crab Capital of the World.” And when a friend of mine told me he had some Blue Crabs being flown in from Crisfield for the Labor Day weekend, and he invited me over, what the hell do you think I said?
Duh. I’m The Kansas Gastronomist. So I went.
Hope you fools all are having or will have a great Labor Day weekend. I’ve never understood why people don’t work on a day of Labor. Whatever.
