Finally made it to The Burnt End by Chef & Smoker food truck when it was slaying food at Hopping Gnome Brewing Company in Wichita. Hot damn. Got the “Scrumptiousness,” which is burnt ends, roasted garlic cream & spicy slaw with truffle taters. So damn good.
