ICT Bloktoberfest kicked off last evening at Naftzger Park in Wichita with beer tastings and food trucks.
Ran into my boy Bryce with Una Vida Tequila, my brother from another mother Fred with Keeper’s Heart Whiskey, my sister from another mister Stacy with Hopping Gnome Brewing Company, that dude with the groove Patrick with The Leprechaun’s Lab, that boss with the cheese sauce Terry with Custom Cuisine Catering LLC and that guy that is Wichita Famous, which is just a hair below Regular Famous. And of course my home dudes Fert The Foodie, Wichita By E.B. and Lets.Eat.ICT.
Anyway, Bloktoberfest is happening again today (Saturday) from 11am-6pm and it’s free to get in. It’s Naftzger Park transformed into a Biergarten with live music, food, games, wiener dog races, dad bod contest and bier. Duh. Tons of different kinds, including local and German. And food trucks. And food.
