There are two unique features about the Wichita-based food truck Let Him Cook International Eatery.
First, it rotates the entire menu every quarter. And second, the menu includes an array of foods from different parts of the world. An example — when I swung by it was throwing out Greek, Japanese, Argentinian, Persian, Chinese and French dishes.
I ended up ordering the French dish. The Pork Belly Rillons comes with tender smoked pork belly bites that are candied in a red wine & brown sugar glaze, with green onions. In a word, it was Gastro Mastro. That is similar to

, but even more prestigious of an honor.
