I thought the Italian Grinder at O’Larney’s Pub and Rooftop Bar in Wichita was a solid sandwich.
It comes with capicola, salami, provolone, pepperoncini, giardiniera, sun-dried tomatoes, shredded red onion, shredded lettuce, dark balsamic vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt/pepper on a toasted baguette. The sandwich is actually called “As Good As It Gets,” but it’s their version of the Italian Grinder. This is the “Full” size as opposed to the “Giant” size and the “Full” is plentiful.
My side was the Mac & Cheese and in my opinion was a great choice. Even Gertie, whom is picky about her shells with cheese, said it was good enough she would ask me to order it for her next time. By the way, she went with The G.O.A.T. sandwich. You can read the ingredients on the menu. I have been once before and reviewed that sandwich. It is also tasty.
