Gastrofreaks, I’ve really grown to appreciate the downtown area of Dodge City. The city really has done a bang-up job. It just looks so cool and rustic and “western,” which I know is the goal. But it’s pretty neat. I think they call that area Boot Hill — I guess only cows lived there back in the day.
When I was traveling to-and-fro past Dodge City I decided to swing by Red Beard Coffee, which I have previously visited and blogged about. This time I picked up a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. I still think I like the breakfast burrito better, but it was decent. Also, you can clearly tell that these salsas are not from Sysco. They were hot AF.
