There’s not a ton of spots in Kansas to get crepes. There’s just not, but I wish there was. Perhaps there are some spots in KC area.
But in Wichita there’s a pop-up that appears at the Old Town Farm & Art Market at Old Town Wichita, called Soulful Crepes. I think it is there every week. And they have both sweet and savory crepes.
Not wanting a sweet crepe, I went with the Ham & Cheese crepe. It was pretty darn good! And the house-made Chipotle sauce was more than excellent to dip the crepe in. I was a big fan.
