If you are passing through Ulysses, Kansas, which is in extreme southwest Kansas and need some good, quick, quality real Mexican food, definitely consider TAKEROMUCHO-Ulysses. This truck makes some amazing birria. I’ve posted about the Birria Ramen before and it was phenomenal. So, I had high hopes this time and those hopes were met.
For $7 I got this awesome burrito with Birria, onion, cilantro, cheese and papas. And then for $1 I added a side of consome to dip the burrito in. It was perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing. Just a damn good Mexican burrito.
