The Kansas Gastronomist sank into his booth seat at YaYa’s Eurobistro in Wichita, Kansas.
“Are you nervous to be back, TKG?” Doug asked with a nervous laugh. “I mean, being at Yaya’s Eurobistro conveniently located in Bradley Fair at E. 21st St. & N. Rock Rd. after your November 2024 post just ripping them a new one?”
“Nah. I couldn’t care any less.” TKG said as he took a drag off his newly-lit menthol. “You see, Dumbass Doug, it is not I that should be nervous. It is them.” TKG shouted as he jumped on top of the table and did twenty back flips without breaking a sweat.
“You see, Doug, I’m gonna eat this Salmon Wrap with homemade French fries and give an honest review.” TKG said. “That’s what a real foodie does.”
FOOD NOTES: The salmon wrap had pan seared salmon, tzatziki sauce, romaine, tomato and cucumber. I thought it was really tasty and cooked well. It is a bit similar to Meddys Swimming Shawarma. Actually it is exactly the same ingredients — I personally compared. But I do prefer Meddys as far as this wrap. But Yaya’s was still good and I’d order it again. And I did love the fries. They are very good. Salted well and tasted like what they are — homemade.
