There’s a lil’ restaurant on the main street in Ulysses!, Kansas called Estrellas. I think. Or La Estrella. I’m pretty sure I tagged the right restaurant.
I have checked this place out a few times. But it looks like the last time I blogged about this spot was in 2022. Man, how time passes. I absolutely love the salsa at this restaurant. They nail it. This spot has some super authentic Mexican food. I know I didn’t get authentic Mex food this time — just a ‘Merican Taco Salad. But it was cooked perfectly. Loved the Pastor in it. Guac is pretty damn good too!
